As Engineering Manager for IAM and Modern Worplace, you will deliver a secure, automated platform for workplaces, supporting users with robust identity and access management solutions (Entra ID, Intune, Okta, One Identity Platform). You’ll lead a domain structured around platform-based workplace management, standardized on Microsoft technology and built on standard components which support self-service capabilities and reduce the manual activities in your team

You’ll foster a culture of “Continuous Improvement,” support open communication, and promote a healthy work-life balance. You’ll coach your team, drive automation, and ensure the platform meets the highest standards for security and usability. You’ll recruit the right talent, safeguard quality, cost, and stability, and ensure your teams take full ownership: “You build it, you run it, you own it!”

Your responsibilities include:

• Lead teams responsible for Workplace Management, Application management, identity governance & administration, access management, privileged access management, and directories.
• Drive automation of requests and workflows, ensuring seamless operations and change management.
• Collaborate with internal employees potentially partners.
• Ensure your team works according to governance and compliance with centrally driven policies, directives, and guardrails from Security, Compliance, and Enterprise Architecture.
• Oversee IAM platform operations, development, and support and redefine the way we work.

• Experience in workplace platform management and IAM technologies (Entra ID, Intune, Okta, One Identity).
• Strong team and people management skills.
• The ability to drive automation and security improvements.
• A passion for delivering secure, user-friendly workplace solutions.

• You lead teams within IAM and Modern Workplace, develop secure, automated platform solutions, drive automation, ensure quality and compliance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and ownership.
• By delivering robust, user-friendly workplace and identity solutions, you enable efficient processes and secure systems, helping Jumbo innovate faster and provide customers with a seamless shopping experience.
• You work with specialized teams within Platform Engineering, focused on Workplace Management, Identity Governance, Access Management, and automation, with collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement at the core.
• You engage with internal departments such as IT, Security, and Compliance, and partner with external vendors and agencies to successfully implement and continuously optimize complex platform projects.
