Get started! This is what you'll do
As Lead Engineering SAP Finance & xECM, you lead four multidisciplinary DevOps teams, totaling around 25 to 30 colleagues. Three teams focus on the SAP Finance domain; the fourth manages our xECM platform. You ensure the teams perform at their best and contribute to Jumbo’s strategic goals. Together, you’re responsible for both maintaining existing software and developing new solutions — following the DevOps principle: “You build it, you run it, you own it.”

You build the teams based on the right competencies and ensure optimal deployment of internal staff and external partners. You hold regular one-on-one meetings, encourage personal development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

In close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and vendors, you ensure system stability, enable innovation, and facilitate smooth cooperation. You’re also financially responsible for the team budget and maintain the balance between cost, quality, and innovation.

• Extensive experience in a comparable IT leadership role involving financial processes and SAP.
• You are a strong discussion partner at operational, tactical, and strategic levels.
• You know how to inspire, develop, and empower people.
• You demonstrably possess financial and organizational insight.
• You enjoy working within DevOps teams and have an affinity for Agile methodologies.
