As a production employee in mechanisation, you will be you involved in many things of our distribution centre in Nieuwegein. You will work with the latest mechanisation in the Netherlands and, together with your colleagues, you will ensure that all products go through the logistics process correctly. Your common goal: to achieve the planned production. You will identify any process disruptions in time, as well as any improvements that make your plant a little better every day. Tasks you will encounter during the working week are:

• Collecting and organising products in different mechanical departments;
• Keeping an overview of the logistics process;
• Receiving deliveries and coordinating outgoing transports;
• Complying with company and safety regulations.

And that is what you, as a production mechanisation employee, get to work with. You will enter a fast-paced world with an eye for tight planning. This is the only way to ensure that our Jumbo customers don't run out of products in our shelves.

Your team
Four shifts operate at the central distribution centre in Nieuwegein. You will work in one fixed shift, reporting to the shift leader. Together, you ensure that every day the job gets done. Teamwork is very important at Jumbo, so extra attention is paid to that. Together, we aim for a nice and warm team where everyone feels at home.

Do you possess the Jumbo DNA: together, entrepreneurship and winning? And do you also have:

• At least two years of relevant work experience in a production or logistics environment;
• The flexibility to work in a four-shift system, naturally including interesting allowance.
